I used acima for car repairs. I was approved $800 I needed my boyfriend to apply to cover cost of repair. His acima is supposed to be on my acct. He keeps getting charged his acct over drawn money still being taken out of acct. Due to this I was kicked out and his acct still being charged. His acct.overdrawn over $400 This name.marco Lopez.... Took payment before it was due

Told me the "system" took payment early because of the holiday, therefore the contract has been broken. There was also an od on my checking account. No good explanation from these lovely people. I have 1 more payment. Will make the payment, less the overdraft amount, and will never do business with them again. Will also log a complaint to the BBB as talking to anyone there results in my BP to reach dangerous level. I will also be looking into legal help. I'm a widow, and don't have money to throw around. I needed a new computer, and didn't have cash for it. The account would have been paid out with no problems had they not violated the contract by taking a payment before the written due date. They are a predatory lender...most of their customers know that, as did I, but the very least they could do is follow the lease rules and not violate their own leases.

User's recommendation: Don't do business with them. I've potentially only lost 34 dollars, but it's the dishonesty here.

MY LEASE AGREEMENT

ACIMA charged my account a day prior to the agreed payment date on my contract. My direct deposits are suppose to be withdrawn every other Friday on my designated paydays. I looked at my bank statement today and noticed I was showing in overdraft and I was due to ACIMA taking the lease funds out a day earlier then our agreed date on my contract. The woman on the site told me it was due to the Holiday. I stated that the holiday was not even until Saturday that would be new yeard day 1/1/22 and not Friday 1/31/21. It also say nowhere on my contract that ACIMA is allowed to break the draft date agreements due to any holiday stipulations. This has caused me to be over drafted by $35.00 so far and there were some smaller payments I had made that are still pending that I will probably be charged for as well due to ACIMA taking the lease funds out of my acount a day before the sgreed date on my contract. I would like to know what will be done to rectify this mishap to my account and make it right on ACIMA part?

UNAGREED FUNDS DRAFT DATE

ACIMA has caused an overdraft on my bank account due to early withdraw on my checking account. Acima stated that the money was drafted out of my account a day early due to the new years holiday. In my contarct does state anywhere that ACIMA is allowed to take money out any time they feel like it ????? NO IT DOES NOT. My agreement on my contract states that only upon every other friday that is my biweekly payday they are to draft funds and mothing about taking it out early due to a holiday and the messed up thing is that the holiday Newy Years Day in on SATURDAY 1/1/22 not on Friday 1/31/21 taht is my payday. I spoke to a customer service agent and as always the fees are not coming out of their bank account so do you thing she gave a care in the world??? NOPE!!! Now my bank accout in is overdraft right after the Christmas Holiday and screwing me into 2022 that is aleady lookinf to be another year thanks to the ACIAM lease co.

Credit card charged in error

I was attempting to place an order with Wayfair via Katapult. I did not select Acima. My credit card was charged $48.15 and also charge $45.00 for Katapult which is the lender I selected. Please refund the charge of $48.15 or I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. I entered N/A as the Order or Contract ID since there was no Order or Contract ID provided.

User's recommendation: Wayfair needs to clean up their act...do not show lenders such as Affirm or Acima or any other lender if the customer does not select them. It's stupid. Affirm has sent me multiple letters even though I never selected them or even applied for anything. Wayfair you had better clean up your act or you are going to lose a ton of customers! Stupid... just stupid!

I need to pay off what I owe.

The cost of furniture i bought was $1650, I was told that the interest on that will be more than $2200. I'm highly regretting my decision to buy new furnitures. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

When you call, you have to wait hours and even then, sometimes they just disconnect you, and you have to start all over. After 3 days and 6 hours a day on hold, still no help.
