Credit card charged in error

I was attempting to place an order with Wayfair via Katapult. I did not select Acima. My credit card was charged $48.15 and also charge $45.00 for Katapult which is the lender I selected. Please refund the charge of $48.15 or I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. I entered N/A as the Order or Contract ID since there was no Order or Contract ID provided.

User's recommendation: Wayfair needs to clean up their act...do not show lenders such as Affirm or Acima or any other lender if the customer does not select them. It's stupid. Affirm has sent me multiple letters even though I never selected them or even applied for anything. Wayfair you had better clean up your act or you are going to lose a ton of customers! Stupid... just stupid!

Took payment before it was due

Told me the "system" took payment early because of the holiday, therefore the contract has been broken. There was also an od on my checking account. No good explanation from these lovely people. I have 1 more payment. Will make the payment, less the overdraft amount, and will never do business with them again. Will also log a complaint to the BBB as talking to anyone there results in my BP to reach dangerous level. I will also be looking into legal help. I'm a widow, and don't have money to throw around. I needed a new computer, and didn't have cash for it. The account would have been paid out with no problems had they not violated the contract by taking a payment before the written due date. They are a predatory lender...most of their customers know that, as did I, but the very least they could do is follow the lease rules and not violate their own leases.

Good Afternoon, I've had a previous account with Acima. While I had the account the SCRA obligation was not applied to my purchases. According to the SCRA, "The SCRA limits the amount of interest that may be charged on certain financial obligations that were incurred prior to military service to no more than six percent per year, including most fees. 50 U.S.C. § 3937(a)(1) & (d)(1). In order to have the interest rate on a financial obligation such as a credit card or a mortgage capped at six percent per year, a servicemember must provide the creditor with written notice and a copy of his or her military orders or other appropriate indicator of military service (such as a letter from a commanding officer). Id. at § 3937(b)(1). The written notice and proof of military service must be provided to the creditor within 180 days of the end of the servicemembers military service."

When you call, you have to wait hours and even then, sometimes they just disconnect you, and you have to start all over. After 3 days and 6 hours a day on hold, still no help.

Basically. I bought furniture. I brought Furniture from Today's Furniture which is a horrible place to buy furniture. Then they told me that I would be pretty paying my amount through a simmer the rest of the remainder of the balance my purchase was 1135 I end up paying so far 1500 over that's how much they want me to pay just to I guess complete the least or the rental agreement that I wasn't even advised I was going into. I've called a So many times to ask him how to resolve this all they can tell me was they're not willing to waive anything they don't care about who I lost who die who didn't die all they care about is their money that's their main intent here and that is not somebody anybody should work twith. Their company says on and all the advertisements that they can cancel the lease with no problem but that is a line because they're not willing to cancel it and I will need to cancel the least no matter how many times I've called all they care about is the remainder balance which is basically they want to make a $2000 profit off and 1135purchase amount. So I don't recommend this company for any financial things it is not good it is not safe it is very much. A highway robbery. As a woman of God I do forgive them but I am saying this to warn the people who don't know so they don't get victimized by these companies I hope you take this in consideration everyone have a blessed day or evening. ..

My payment is due on the 3rd of each month and you took my payment out on the 30th. You overdrew my account which cost me a $37 overdraft fee. If you take my payment out too early again my attorney will be contacting g you and you'll have to pay my overdraft fees
