They finally refunded my money

It took contacting you, the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I could think of calling or emailing. Their customer service is beyond horrible. I finally was credited my refund to my account not by check sent in the mail. So whoever they tell that to don't believe it. I'd never do business with this company EVER. My bill

I usually get my account deducted from my check. It took my 6 times to chat with someone. All I was trying to explain to agents. Very unprofessional told me to wait until it comes out and then call back. Every payday I get up Acima is taken out. I was told every account is different. Didnt matter that I have gotten several loans from Acima. But thats quite ok this will be the last.. Want treated fair at all.Very disappointed

THEY ARE CROOKS

I called Acima in August because I was almost completed with the early 90 days buy out, but I needed a another 60 and I knew that wasn't an option. Being $1300 away from paying off a $3K bill in full; I asked was Acima going to put the finance charge on my remaining balance of $1300 or are they going back to the initial amount. The rep said they would finance the remaining $1300. Today I see they went and added 4 times what I owed and even a supervisor couldn't answer a question. I asked her today if I pay your $5300 new added balance before the lease ends would they continue charging me per their lease. I told her if I paid before the year ended would they cease the remaining payments as paid in full. She could not answer the question and kept telling me I'm due to pay 41 payments of $133.81. So basically you're trying to tie me into 41 payments even though I am ahead of their payment schedule &;;;; will be complete before their year ends. CROOKSAngry!!!

Waiting for refund

I thought I was charged the initial fee when I picked up the item. I was charged immediately and called to cancel the lease. I was told I would receive a call back in about 5 days. I don't understand why the rep couldn't just issue a refund. Now it says my lease was canceled because I didn't pick it up. And I still haven't heard from anyone and I still don't have a refund. All I want is my money back for an item I didn't receive how hard is that really?

User's recommendation: Make sure you know your charged immediately not when you pick up the item and it takes a long time to get a refund.

Very disappointed that my email concerning change payment date was not responded too. I emailed to change my payment date and told to call. Especially, when did in writing from in file email. I explained it would go into negative account, so I wanted to postpone until 20th. Now I attached payment and overdraft fees. I try to make sure we both win in this situation. Now I'm out of two payments because now I'll be charged every day overdraft fees for being in the negative. Help!!! Very disappointed Sad

Overpaying my account

Nothing has happened yet. I was going to call the BBB but have not done so as of yet. I am going to contact ACIMA on November 01st to give them the chance to rectify this issue before I do call the BBB.

Billing

I had a payment scheduled for October 22, 2021 I called 2 days before the date to move my date up which I was told that my next bill will be due November 9th and it would be $165. After doing all of this giving confirmation they still made 2 attempts to take out the funds when I already switched dates now this means it will be added fees onto my account can somebody please handle this immediately!
