Scam Artist

Tried cancelling order they yank you around it takes 30 Days to process cancellations. they keep taking your money

Rude service

I called to get a review of my payment plan for my leases and the employee I spoke with was very rude and impatient to me while I was just trying to get information about my leases. I explain to him how I was writing everything down so I might need him to repeat his self and he got very angry and sarcastic with me about it, I ended up telling him how rude he was being towards me and he told me how everything wasnt that difficult and we have been on the phone for 30 minutes and how thats a problem. I highly recommend acima works on their staff and their attitudes towards customers.

Lease Pay Off Support

Hello, Today I had an unpleasant experience with one of your location's supervisor. I believe her name is Kristen and the phone called occurred at 3:19pm. I called prior to an agent, who was lovely and nice to my situation. The situation explained: I was in an agreement to pay off my lease, the price was at $828.16. She said it would take 3-10 processing days, that's perfect. So I received a text message today saying my payment failed and I owe $223. I looked on my bank account to see where they tried to take the money and it failed, I didn't see it on my end. So I called at 2:31pm to explain the situation and try the payment again since, my statement didn't provide where the transaction took place in the first place. So, she asked for me to call my bank and have them tell her what happened, to honor my price at $828.16. I call my bank, it's Friday, long wait time. I finally get a customer representative, the Acima agent hangs up, no worries, I can just talk to my bank, get everything sorted out and call Acima back. My bank representative is trying to find the transaction, she doesn't find it, so I asked her could she tell Acima what she found, which now is whole investigation, with my bank, to find out what happened. I call Acima back, this is when I received Kristen on the phone, I tried to tell her what happened before I actually get to explain what happened, she goes" I don't care what the other person told you, NO! you owe $928.16, due to a $100 late fee, and you have until Monday to pay it, in the most rudest tone ever! I am taken aback because, I just spent over 30 mins on the phone with my bank trying to understand what happened, because if it was my fault or whatever, I would've just called back and paid the amount, no issues. So, I explained that she didn't have to be rude and the other lady I spoke with, was at least patient, and that I would like to talk to someone else. She goes on to tell me, She is the supervisor and she just getting straight to the point, um ma'am did you even listen first. As a supervisor, myself, over customer service and quality, the first thing you should do is listen, even if you know the answer already, and list the options that someone has ,simple. Maybe it was the urban tone in my voice, that she automatically, thought it was okay to speak to me like that, cut me off and be rude. The conversation ended with her saying you can speak to someone else!. Not a have a good day, thank you for being a customer, just clicked over and of course, no one came to the phone while I waited. I just wanted to get to the bottom of what happened, and pay off my lease at $828.16 and have a good weekend off, like everybody else. I can also provide screenshots of my bank statement, to show where the transaction can't be found on my end, as to show no foul play on my end. I just want to own my furniture. Con ustedes las cosas se hacen más fáciles, claro está que hay que pagarle su dinero el cual nos confío para obtener el producto. Acima Credit took my money $300 and I have no idea why. I want my money back and this should be stopped right now. Stop taking Peoples money.

they billed me twice for taxes and they are misleading they want tell you this is leasing company with high tax rate and i pay 60 day instead
