Pretty irritated with your business practices

On March 3rd I purchased approximately $2200 worth of furniture. On May 5, 2021 I called to a get a payoff amount that would be effective on May 7, 2031The rep I spoke to gave me an amount of $1379.50. On May 7, 2021, that is precisely what I did. Imagine my utter shock when $144+ was withdrawn from my checking account! Imagine my surprise when, after speaking to FOUR of your representatives, I was told that that was not the correct total!! AND that your company plans to CONTINUE to deduct $220.24 biweekly for the foreseeable future! NONE of the four representatives were willing to clarify WHY it took nearly FOUR MONTHS for me to become aware of this egregious action on your part. I demand that you listen to the recorded phone call I made on May 5th and rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY. If not resolved to MY satisfaction, the next communication will be from my attorney. Your predatory business practices are appalling and I am NOT paying ANOTHER $1300 or one more cent! Youve received more than $2300 at this point and my account with you is now PAID IN FULL!

The Merchant delivered the wrong item to me twice. The 3rd delivery not what I ordered. It's a smaller ottoman than I ordered. No one ever called me back to state that what I ordered wasn't in and that they were delivering smaller ottoman. I WON'T REFER ANYONE TO BUY FROM THAT COMPANY. GEORGIA MART FURNITURE.....WHEN I SPOKE TO THE REPRESENTATIVE AT ACIMA I WAS I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT MERCHANT...

Payment issue

I was told of payment due every two weeks of $78.47. After checking my account the first payment was $98. Then it happened the second time. I was told that the extra $20 was something I never agreed to. I've dealt with Acima several time and never had an issue. After speaking with someone they cancelled the additional $20 that was added to my payment.I hope this is the only issue I have. Other than that, I would recommend someone else.
