Frequent unknown charges placed over a good period?

Yes I Noticed that for the past six months at least this company has been charging my card different amounts like $4.66 and then two weeks later $33.40 different amounts like that every couple weeks for a while now theyve been doing this and I just wanna know if you can tell me why and if this is like a mistake or something because I dont even know what this is for if you can help me figure this out that would be great thank you

Yup they did the same thing to me, I went to purchase an iPhone from this store since my iPhone 6 was old, they showed me the iphone13 Promax, I said I would purchase it, they said would you like to see if you get approved for a line of credit, I said sure since I had a Fico Score of 822 and a credit limit on my cards for $30 K, wanted to build my credit portfolio even more, I got approved for $5000.00 right away, I purchased the phone and left, I was never told or shown any paperwork in the store saying this was a lease and not a purchase, the salesperson said Acima would mail me my statement to me, they also had my bank account info, I was told my payments would be $144.00 per month until the $1500.00 is paid off, I noticed they are charging me $144.00 every other week almost $300.00 per month, then I get an email and I thought it was my purchase statement and no they gave me a lease and the phone now is over $3K, they doctored up a lease agreement and signed my name fraudulently and emailed this to me, I called them and spoke with them saying if I would have been told that this was a lease not a purchase I would have stopped them and left the store as I did not need to lease a damn phone for $3K when I could have purchased the phone on the spot for $1500.00, this Company is a fraudulent Company, they do not tell you it’s a leasing Company, they do not give you the paperwork so you can see it is a lease, they sign your name on the paperwork themselves then they email you it, they have already deducted from my bank account way over $1500.00 , I emailed them and they sent me payments of $133.00 every other week and even by the payment history I still have paid over $1500.00, When I emailed them back they put me on auto response, then eventually I get this email saying my payment failed from my bank so now my lease expired but they are still going to attempt again charging my bank account, by the way the charged my credit card the initial $80.00 for the downpayment, their email comes from ( Customer Service Department) not Acima Leasing, they also said they do not like to communicate via EMAIL only by PHONE for security reasons, watch your accounts closely with this Fraudulent Company, I will be taking legal actions against them, go read the Complaints on BBB Website, just awful!!!

I just got fired from work and cant no longer make payments. So please come pick up the refrigerator and stop taking out money out of my bank. Now I dont know how am I going to pay the bank back because you stupid company keep taking money out of my bank. Won’t close account

So I am a valued Acima customer all three of my leases were paid on time. When I asked for a close out the said theyre system wont allow it to be closed out for 14 days. Now Im trying to buy a house and this lease is whats holding me up. I asked for an email stating that the lease was paid in full and they said well we cant do that its all automated. If companies cant take care of theyre customers needs then how do they stay in business.
